PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Career Background
Dr. Courtney Johnston is the Co-Founder of CHAMP, where she combines evidence-based psychological theory with years of experience in higher education and collegiate athletics. As a psychology instructor, researcher, and former collegiate coach and student-athlete, she has dedicated her career to understanding and teaching the psychological skills that strengthen mental performance, leadership, and character. Courtney co-founded CHAMP from a simple belief: the greatesst impact of athletics is not just developing better performers. It's developing better people.
